MONDAY NIGHT UPDATE
940 PM-
Severe thunderstorms will be starting to wind up around midnight but that doesnt mean that no more tornadoes will develop because theres a hugh squall line of severe thunderstorms tthat could prodcue several supercells tonight over OK,AK AND LA. Small cells are going to hit chicago twice tonight but that will just add to the flooding there will be no severe weather involved. All this severe thunderstorm activity will all wind up by early tomarrow morning with just periods of light to moderate rain showers tomarrow across the east with amounts of a half inch possible. This was not an extreme severe weather outbreak like many thoguht but there were still over 200 hail and wind reports with between 5-15 tornadoes possible with this storm.
Next storm- The next storm will be yet another flooding rain event from wenesday-saturday night wtih 3-8 inches of rain over the already saturated and flooded areas. Watch for some more major flooding and a extremer severe weather outbreak in KS,OK,TX,AK,MO,IL,IN,OH AND WESTERN PA is possible i will have more with a severe weather map as well as a rainfall map tomarrow night

SEVERE WEATHER-
a sqaull line of severe storms delivered hail, gusty winds heavy downpours and a possible tornado or two to the southern plains into northern midwest today. The same squall line is going to bring very heavy severe thunderstorms into ST LOUIS by 5pm this evening watch for tornadoes to develop in the watch areas. While in this same exact storm rain was the story in the NorthEast bring periods of showers and isolated thunderstorms there will be no severe weather in the NorthEast this time around. Rainfall should be about an 1 or less by tomarrow morning with a addition half to an inch possible
WINTRY SIDE-
A winter storm came thru the Northern plains today brining 2-7 inches in most areas with isolated 8-10 inches in some areas. With heavy snow and 25-40 mph wind made blizzard conditions that made all drivings hazardous. Tonight watch for the storm hit Northern Michigan bringing 4-10 inches of snow and gusty winds with blizzard warning out for those areas this storm figures to be the last 3+ inch snowstorm as forecast show these areas gonig up to mid 50's-low 60's for the next 2 weeks so enjoy!!!
LONG RANGE COMMENTS- There looks to be a storm bringing more rain, snow and flooding for the 6TH-8TH i will update you more when this gets closer to the date and get more information on this storm

STORMY SOUTH, SNOWY NORTH
12pm Sunday, March 30th-
severe storms popped up due to the cold front this morning. these storms are very stationary over the southern plains states. There has been reports of 2-3 inches of rain an hour at time. In stronger storms they could produce nickel to penny sized hail and gusty winds. it will not be a huge tornado threat but dont rule out a tornado or two later in the day. These storms will fire up more energy later on tonight moving to the ohio valley. There is a better chance of more severe weather and major flooding on Monday thru Monday night. Be sure to TURN AROUND AND DONT DROWN!!!
Now, on to the winter weather part of the story- a late winter storm is going to hit EASTERN NEBRASKA, NORTHERN IOWA, DAKOTAS AND MINNESOTA, EASTERN WISCONSIN AND NORTHERN MICHIGAN. MOST ACCUMLATIONS WILL BETWEEN A COATING-6 INCHES BUT A SWATH OF SNOW FOR 6-12 INCHES OF SNOW! The wind is going to be a factor also at 20-30mph so that will cause major blizzard conditions and heavy blinding snow at times. This figures to be the last hugh 3+ inch snow storm of the year as models show 40-50's next week ENJOY!!!!!!!
I will update my blog tonight about tracknig this severe storm maker and track of the rain and updates on the snow storm and some quick long range comments
